SO MANY in the forest yesterday, I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many in one day. I pickled the young ones and froze the rest. Space left in my freezer: none.

Did another mushroom run today. It’s one of those days when you go into the forest and emerge half an hour later with a full bucket of mushrooms. So awesome.
(And then you spend 6 hours prepping and canning them.)
