Hey guys! I’m back from a 3-day yoga retreat feeling so happy and content. :) I hope you’re all doing great!
Yoga wasn’t widely popular back in the USSR (but I know that some people did practise it), but physical culture in the Soviet Union was huge, and doing morning warm up routines was a common thing.
