Vintage Soviet children’s books about space
I took a picture of all space-themed vintage books I had this morning. It gives me a good feeling, seeing them together. Three of them are travelling overseas now (but I’m working on restocking them).

211 Days Aboard Salyut-7 - book from 1983. Salyut-7 was a space station in low Earth orbit from April 1982 to February 1991. Its first crew, Anatoly Berezovoy and Valentin Lebedev, spent 211 days on board in 1982. This book covers their story.

A rare Soviet book, “The Way to the Space Begins with Morning Exercise” by Nikolai Kamanin. Published in 1975.
General Kamanin was the head of cosmonaut training in the Soviet space program.
