Is there a direct English translation for the word закаляться? It means do stuff to make your body more resistant to lower air temperatures and by extent, to illness. Typical examples would be doing excersise outside (or on your balcony), pouring cold water over yourself, taking contrast showers (hot-cold alternating).

“100 Views of Sochi”. Vintage multiview photo booklet of Sochi (a seaside city in the South of Russia). Published in 1961. 10 pages + cover, all printed on photo paper (not sturdy) and stapled together. Each view is captioned. Good vintage condition. Has an inscription in Estonian.
